Whether you’re running an uprated turbocharger or a heavily tuned setup, this package ensures intake temperatures remain low while airflow is maximised, resulting in consistent power delivery and long-term reliability.

Intercooler Upgrade

The AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler features a 60mm core with high-flow cast end tanks, significantly increasing surface area, volume, and cooling efficiency compared to the restrictive OEM unit. Despite the larger size, it fits neatly behind the stock bumper with no cutting or trimming required, and it is fully compatible with factory hoses.

• Dyno-Proven Results: In back-to-back testing against the stock intercooler, intake air temperatures were dramatically reduced. OEM units peaked at 68°C after repeated pulls, causing power loss, while the AIRTEC intercooler dropped IATs by as much as 120°C, keeping them closer to ambient and maintaining performance run after run.

• Performance Gains: With supporting mods such as a turbo-back exhaust and Stage 1 ECU software, the intercooler allowed the engine to achieve and hold peak power more consistently compared to the OEM system.

Big Boost Pipe Kit

To complement the intercooler upgrade, the AIRTEC Big Boost Pipe Kit replaces the restrictive OEM charge pipes with enlarged, free-flowing pipework.

  • 63mm hot-side pipework keeps airflow velocity high, reducing turbo lag.

  • 70mm cold-side pipework delivers maximum airflow and volume to the throttle body.
