Building on the success of our EA888 Gen 3 intercooler, the Gen 4 upgrade integrates a massive 16.4-litre capacity core while accommodating space constraints, including the air-con radiator. Compared to the stock intercooler, this delivers an 80% increase in overall capacity and an increased frontal area for optimal airflow. The one-piece cast end tanks ensure smooth airflow in and out of the intercooler, minimizing turbulence and maximizing cooling efficiency.

Finished in a high-quality powder-coated black, the kit includes Pro Hoses silicone boost pipes, all necessary fixtures, fittings, and a detailed installation guide for a seamless upgrade.

Proven Performance Gains
Tested on a modified Golf R Mk7 by AmD Tuning, the AIRTEC intercooler demonstrates significant improvements in both power and temperatures:
