The CARGRAPHIC valve / flap control is installed between the exhaust valves / flaps and the factory valve / flap control and takes over / overrides the control function of the series control unit. It operates with 3 modes

• SPORT mode: flaps always open
• COMFORT mode: Always close the doors
• SERIES mode: Factory control takes over control of the exhaust flaps

In vehicles with an onboard/factory compressor to generate negative pressure, such as Aston Martin, the exhaust flaps can be closed using the remote control after the ignition is switched on, thus enabling a quiet start-up. This advantage in avoiding disturbances to the peace and quiet is particularly obvious in residential areas, or at early or late hours.
